Dr. Björn Büssen, LL.M. (KCL) is a lawyer and an expert in financial restructuring. 

Since February 2025, he has been CFO for the following companies: OQ Chemicals GmbH, OQ Chemicals Produktion GmbH & Co. KG, OQ Services GmbH, OQ Chemicals Corporation and OQ Chemicals Bishop, LLC. 

His professional background includes vast experience in the banking industry, including as head of restructuring. Prior to that, he practiced law.

Stephan Maas is an expert in operational restructuring. He has been Managing Director of OQ Chemicals since December 2024.

Previously, Stephan Maas was CRO of the Eickhoff Group. His vast experience includes roles at LEONI, Kathrein and IVG Caverns. Stephan Maas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
